Add 3 to 5 grams of Kratom to 30 ml of warm water (DO NOT BOIL). Stir vigorously to avoid clumping. Drink immediately. You may increase the amount of water but make sure not to over dilute.
Kratom is bitter. You may add honey, sugar or agave juice for flavoring.
Note: 1 teaspoon is approximately 2.5 grams.
